Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

A delightful dessert combining a rich brownie base, luscious cheesecake filling, and a heavenly caramel sauce, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing it with non-stick spray or butter.
  3. Make the brownie mix according to package instructions.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the springform pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  7. Gradually add granulated sugar, mixing until well combined; then add eggs one at a time.
  8. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the cooled brownie layer; drizzle with half of the caramel sauce.
  9. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  10. Bake for 45–50 minutes until edges look set and the center slightly jiggles.
  11. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  12. Serve topped with remaining caramel sauce and whipped cream, garnished with chocolate shavings.

Notes

This cheesecake is perfect for make-ahead desserts and gets even better as flavors meld.
