Easter Bunny Crescent Bites

A whimsical recipe perfect for Easter, featuring fluffy crescent rolls stuffed with a creamy, herb-infused filling.

  • 2 cans Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (chopped, such as parsley or chives)
  • 1/3 cup artichoke hearts (from can, drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup frozen spinach (thawed, excess moisture squeezed out, and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons onion (finely diced)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, spinach, artichokes, onions, herbs, and Parmesan in a bowl with salt.
  3. Unroll crescent roll dough onto a flat surface.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling on the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the triangles starting from the wide end and tuck the point underneath.
  6. Pinch the ends to form

These bites can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. Serve warm or at room temperature for best taste.
