Easter Charcuterie Board

Create a stunning charcuterie board for your Easter celebration, filled with diverse flavors, textures, and colors.

Ingredients

  • Assorted Cheeses: Cheddar, Brie, Gouda
  • Cured Meats: Salami, Prosciutto
  • Fresh Fruits: Grapes, Strawberries, Figs
  • Nuts: Almonds, Walnuts
  • Olives
  • Crackers or Breadsticks
  • Dips: Hummus, Spinach Dip
  • Chocolate Eggs or Candies

Instructions

  1. Find your board — a wooden cutting board or large platter works beautifully.
  2. Start with the cheeses by cutting some into wedges and arranging them.
  3. Layer in the cured meats, folding them into bite-sized portions.
  4. Add fresh fruits, aiming for balance in colors.
  5. Fill in with nuts, using small bowls or mounds.
  6. Include dips in small bowls intermingled with other ingredients.
  7. Add the crackers or breadsticks around the edges.
  8. Finish with chocolate eggs or candies for a festive touch.

Notes

Assemble your board ahead of time, but don’t add fresh fruits or dips until just before serving.
