  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by slicing chicken and chopping veggies.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  3. Cook the chicken, searing for 3-4 minutes on one side and then flipping to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Toss in mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender but crisp.
  6. Season with soy sauce, mixing everything together.
  7. Final adjustments with salt and pepper, stirring for 1-2 more minutes.
