Greek Yogurt Parfaits with Berries

A delicious and visually stunning way to enjoy a healthy breakfast, featuring layers of Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola.

  • 2 cups plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Get your bowls ready; grab clear glasses or bowls to showcase the layers.
  2. Layer the Greek yogurt by scooping about half a cup into the bottom of your glass.
  3. Add the granola on top of the yogurt, sprinkling a couple of tablespoons evenly.
  4. Stack the berries, layering strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries into the glass.
  5. Repeat the layers with another generous portion of yogurt, followed by more granola and berries.
  6. Finish with a layer of fruit on top and a sprinkling of granola.
  7. Enjoy it immediately by grabbing a spoon and digging in!

Notes

Feel free to customize the parfait with your favorite fruits, nuts, or yogurt varieties. For a vegan option, use coconut yogurt and seeds instead of granola.
