Honey Glazed Carrots & Green Beans

  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Prep your veggies: Wash carrots and green beans, slice carrots into rounds, and trim green bean ends.
  2. Steam or blanch your green beans: Blanch in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes and transfer to ice water.
  3. Sauté your carrots: Melt butter in a skillet and sauté carrots with salt and pepper for 5-7 minutes until golden.
