Honey Lavender White Chocolate Truffles

Delicious homemade truffles infused with honey and lavender, coated in creamy white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream and lavender mixture by combining them in a saucepan and simmering.
  2. Strain the infused cream to remove lavender buds.
  3. Make the ganache by adding white chocolate and honey to the infused cream and stir until smooth.
  4. Chill the mixture for 1-2 hours until it thickens.
  5. Scoop and roll the ganache into balls.
  6. Melt the additional white chocolate for coating.
  7. Coat each truffle in melted chocolate and let them set.
  8. Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker results.

Notes

These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
