Honey Posset

A silky and easy-to-make dessert combining rich cream, sweet honey, and bright lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lavender (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat until it begins to steam.
  3. Add the honey and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Incorporate the lemon juice and lavender after removing from heat.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve and enjoy with optional garnishes.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with flavors by adding fruits or nuts on top.
