Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar using an electric mixer for about 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the honey and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and dried lavender in a separate bowl.

  6. Scoop rounded mounds of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
