Perfectly Cooked Pasta

A guide to cooking pasta perfectly every time with easy tips and tricks.

Ingredients

  • Pasta (any type)
  • Salt (for boiling water)
  • Olive Oil (optional)
  • Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Protein (optional)
  • Fresh Herbs (basil, parsley, etc.)
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of water and add salt.
  2. Add the pasta to the boiling water.
  3. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  4. Test the pasta for doneness a minute before the suggested cooking time.
  5. Drain the pasta, reserving some pasta water.
  6. Combine the pasta with your sauce.
  7. Serve and garnish with fresh herbs and cheese.

Notes
