4 thin chicken cutlets
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan (for sauce)
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
Instructions
Preheat Your Oven to 400°F (200°C).
Set Up Your Dredging Station: In three separate shallow bowls, place flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in the third.
Season the Chicken with salt and pepper.
Dredge the Chicken: Dip each cutlet into flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat Your Oil and Butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the Chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for 30 seconds.
Add chicken broth and let simmer, then pour in heavy cream and stir.
Finish with Parmesan, stirring until melted and combined.
Serve up by arranging chicken cutlets on a platter and drizzling sauce on top.
