Potsticker Noodle Bowls

Comforting noodle bowls filled with crispy potstickers, fresh vegetables, and savory soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Silky Rice Noodles
  • Crispy Pan-Fried Potstickers
  • Mixed Vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green Onions
  • Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the Rice Noodles by boiling water, adding noodles, and cooking until al dente, then rinsing with cold water.
  2. Sauté the mixed vegetables in sesame oil for 2-3 minutes until vibrant.
  3. Cook the potstickers in the same skillet until golden, then steam with water for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Combine the sautéed veggies, cooked noodles, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in the skillet.
  5. Serve by dishing out the noodle mix and topping with crispy potstickers and green onions.

Notes

Feel free to adapt with different proteins or vegetables. Add chili oil for a spicy kick!
