Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles

A delicious blend of tender chicken and noodles coated in a mouthwatering sticky garlic sauce.

  • 200g Noodles (egg or rice noodles)
  • 300g Chicken Breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Green Onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles by boiling water in a large pot. Add in your noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 4 to 7 minutes.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet or wok with vegetable oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Make the sticky sauce by whisking together soy sauce and honey in a small bowl, then pour over the chicken and garlic in the skillet.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken and sauce mixture, tossing well to coat.
  6. Garnish with sesame oil and chopped green onions, then serve.

Notes

Serve with lime wedges for a zesty kick, and feel free to customize with vegetables or alternate proteins.
