  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering everything needed for the recipe.
  2. Cook the beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Season the beef with soy and hoisin sauces, then stir in bell peppers and carrots, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the fresh Thai basil and stir until wilted.
  5. Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  6. Assemble your rolls by placing the beef mixture in the center of the wrapper, folding sides, and rolling tightly.

Notes
