  • 20 oz. Pineapple Chunks
  • 12 oz. Jar of Maraschino Cherries
  • 3/4 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Coconut (shredded or flaked)
  • 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 8 oz. Tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • Crunchy Pecans, Chopped (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Drain the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and maraschino cherries well.
  2. Mix the Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Vanilla Greek yogurt and Cool Whip, folding them together until creamy.
  3. Toss in the Goodies: Add the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and maraschino cherries, folding them gently into the mixture.
  4. Add the Coconut and Marshmallows: Toss in the shredded coconut and mini marshmallows, stirring gently until combined.
  5. Taste Test: Grab a spoon to adjust the sweetness, adding honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Chill Time: Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least an hour to let flavors meld.
