Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the Crust Mixture: Take a 9-inch springform pan and press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom.
  4. Bake the Crust: Pop the crust into the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
  5. Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sugar.
  6. Add the Eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Mix in the Flavorings: Add the vanilla extract, reduced apple cider, all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  8. Pour the Filling: Pour your cheesecake filling over the cooled graham cracker crust.
  9. Bake the Cheesecake: Place the cheesecake in the oven and bake for about 55-60 minutes.
  10. Cool and Chill: Once baked, turn off the oven and crack the door open.
  11. Serve: Gently run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen it.
