Apple Pie Dip

A quick and delicious dip that combines the flavors of apple pie with a creamy texture, perfect for parties or cozy evenings.

  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup cinnamon sugar chips (or graham crackers)

Instructions

  1. Prep the apples by peeling and dicing them into small chunks.
  2. Cook the apples in a medium pot over medium heat with brown sugar and cinnamon for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Make the creamy base by beating the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in vanilla extract and whipped topping.
  4. Combine the apple mixture into the cream cheese mixture and reserve some apples for topping.
  5. Chill the dip in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour if desired.
  6. Serve the dip in a decorative bowl with reserved apples on top and a side of cinnamon sugar chips or graham crackers.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Adjust sweetness with less brown sugar if desired.
