  • 1 Cup Grapes (red or green, halved)
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey (optional)
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing the apples and grapes, coring the apples, and slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the sliced apples and grapes in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the pecans and dried cranberries, then toss to mix.
  4. Make the dressing by whisking together the lemon juice and honey in a small bowl.
  5. Toss the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently combine.
  6. Adjust the flavor by adding salt to taste and letting the salad sit for 5-10 minutes.
