  • 24 ice cubes (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Start by gathering your ingredients. Peel that banana and break it into a couple of chunks.
  2. Grab your blender and add the following in this order: banana chunks, 150 ml of milk, and ice cubes.
  3. Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds. Stop halfway through to scrape down the sides if needed.
  4. Stop the blender and taste. Adjust sweetness if necessary by adding honey or maple syrup and blend again.
  5. Pour your milkshake into a tall glass and top with whipped cream, sliced bananas, or drizzles of chocolate syrup for a fancy finish.
