BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps

A flavor-packed delight combining smoky BBQ chicken and crunchy coleslaw wrapped in soft tortillas, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Start by shredding your cooked chicken in a bowl.
  2. Mix the BBQ Sauce and Chicken: Pour BBQ sauce over the shredded chicken and mix until coated.
  3. Whip Up the Coleslaw: Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Warm the Tortillas: Warm flour tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
  5. Assemble the Wraps: Spoon BBQ chicken and coleslaw onto each tortilla.
  6. Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Cut the wraps diagonally and serve on a colorful platter.

Notes

These wraps are great for using leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken. Try adding lime wedges for extra zest!
