Iced Raspberry Vanilla Chai

A refreshing twist on classic chai, infused with fresh raspberries and a hint of vanilla, perfect for summer sipping.

  • 4 chai tea bags
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Brew the Chai: Start by boiling about 4 cups of water. Remove from heat and add chai tea bags, steep for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Prep the Raspberries: Rinse and set aside a few raspberries for garnish, then smash the rest lightly in a bowl.
  3. Sweeten It Up: After steeping, remove tea bags and stir in honey to taste.
  4. Mix It All Together: In a pitcher, combine chai, smashed raspberries, and vanilla extract. Stir gently.
  5. Serve the Goodness: Fill glasses with ice and pour chai mixture over. Garnish with reserved raspberries.

Notes

Serve in tall glassware and consider adding paper straws for a fun touch. This drink can be made ahead of time; just add raspberries and vanilla before serving.
