  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1 cup homemade caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the cinnamon and combine until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Gently fold in the diced apples.
  6. Pour your cheesecake filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the center is slightly jiggly but the edges are set.
  8. Once out of the oven, allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature before transferring it to the fridge.
  9. Drizzle your homemade caramel sauce over the chilled cheesecake before serving.
