Big Mac Wraps

A fun and easy twist on the classic Big Mac, these wraps are packed with seasoned beef, creamy dressing, crisp lettuce, and cheese—all in a convenient tortilla.

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar preferred)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Pickles

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Mix in the Thousand Island dressing until well coated.
  4. Prep the tortillas by warming them in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble the wraps with 1/4 of the beef mixture, lettuce, cheese, and pickles.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides.
  7. Serve immediately or toast in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side for extra crispiness.

Notes

Serve with extra Thousand Island dressing for dipping and a side of fries or salad.
