  • 2 cups Blueberries, Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/2 cup Avocado Chunks, Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • Optional: Unflavored or Vanilla Protein Powder or Collagen Powder
  • Ice (until desired temperature reached)

Instructions

  1. Zest and Juice the Lemon: Begin by zesting the lemon before juicing it.
  2. Gather Your Ingredients: Measure out all your ingredients and have them ready to go.
  3. Blend the Base: Start with the almond milk in the blender, followed by Greek yogurt, blueberries, avocado, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and chia seeds.
  4. Season: Add cinnamon and, if desired, a pinch of salt or fresh mint leaves.
  5. Blend Away: Blend on high until smooth, and scrape the sides if necessary.
  6. Taste Test Time: Check the sweetness and adjust with honey or a date if needed.
  7. Ice It Up: Add ice and blend until the desired icy texture is reached.
