Decadent Brownie Trifle

A stunning Brownie Trifle featuring layers of fudgy brownies, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream, perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself.

  • NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Brownies & More Chocolate Baking Mix
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Pack Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix
  • 2 Cups Cold Milk
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
  2. Combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large bowl. Mix until just combined.
  3. Pour the brownie mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely.
  4. Whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk in a separate bowl until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in another bowl and whip until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Cut the cooled brownies into bite-sized squares.
  7. Layer brownie cubes, pudding, and whipped cream in a trifle dish, repeating the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  8. Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For serving, garnish with chocolate shavings, fresh berries, or cocoa powder for an elegant touch.
