Ina Garten’s Cape Cod Salad

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salad Greens: Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly.
  2. Dice the Apple: Cut the Granny Smith apple into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Toast the Nuts: Heat a skillet and toast the walnuts or pecans for 3-5 minutes.
