  • 1 package Krusteaz Almond Poppyseed Supreme Muffin Mix
  • Poppy seed packet (included)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Krusteaz Almond Poppyseed Supreme Muffin Mix and the packet of poppy seeds in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the egg in a separate bowl and beat slightly, then add the cup of water.
  4. Make a well in the dry mixture and pour in the wet ingredients, folding gently until combined.
  5. Incorporate the cherry pie filling, folding gently.
  6. Prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
