Chicken Parmesan Soup

A cozy bowl of Chicken Parmesan Soup filled with tender chicken, pasta, and rich marinara sauce, ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup small pasta (like ditalini or elbow macaroni)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the cooked chicken and stir for a couple of minutes to warm it through.
  3. Pour in the marinara sauce and chicken broth, stirring together and bringing to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
