  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  2. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the chopped nectarines, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste test: Ensure it’s perfectly sweetened; adjust with more honey or lemon juice if needed.
  4. Freeze the mixture: Transfer into an airtight container and freeze for about 4-6 hours until firm.
