A delightful blend of juicy chicken, gooey mozzarella, and fresh spinach, all wrapped in a warm tortilla—a quick and easy weeknight meal.

  • 2 large chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Air fry the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Shred the chicken after letting it rest for about 5 minutes.
  4. Assemble the wraps by laying down spinach, chicken, and mozzarella in tortillas.
  5. Toast the wraps in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve warm with ranch dressing on the side.

Notes
