  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil and seasonings until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Mix the cooked chicken with egg and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Form the chicken mixture into a crust shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
