A fun, flavorful, and scrumptious recipe for cheesy keto-friendly crunchwraps perfect for quick dinners.

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted Butter
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 medium Chopped Tomato
  • Cilantro (optional garnish)
  • Jalapeño (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 Low-Carb Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Melt your butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes, breaking into crumbles as it cooks.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water (1-2 tablespoons). Simmer until mixture thickens slightly.
  3. Whisk together cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Layer on a low-carb tortilla: scoop taco meat mixture, add cheese sauce, top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and jalapeños if using.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating pleats and tucking in fillings.
  6. Heat olive oil in the skillet. Place the wrapped tortilla seam-side down and cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and repeat on the other side.

Notes

Serve with extra sour cream or Greek yogurt and a garnish of fresh cilantro. Add a lime wedge for a zesty finish.
