  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish or cake pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
  6. Stir in the milk until smooth.
  7. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  8. Add the mixed summer fruits, folding gently.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
