Instructions

  1. Prep your bread: Cut your bread slices into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
  2. Make the batter: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Soak the bread: Add bread cubes into the bowl and gently fold them into the egg mixture, letting soak for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Preheat your pan: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  5. Cook the nuggets: Transfer soaked bread cubes to the heated pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip.
  6. Keep warm: If making a larger batch, keep cooked nuggets warm in a low oven.
