A delicious and healthier alternative to store-bought frozen desserts, these Frozen Peanut Butter Yogurt Bars combine creamy peanut butter and tart Greek yogurt for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts or granola (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in crushed nuts or granola if desired, keeping some for topping later.
  4. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the peanut butter yogurt mixture into the pan and smooth it out evenly.
  6. Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
  7. Slice the frozen mixture into bars and serve.

Notes
