Grape Muffins

Deliciously moist and fluffy grape muffins that burst with flavor, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup black seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by greasing or lining with paper liners.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl: melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the halved grapes gently.
  7. Fill the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These muffins can be served warm with butter or cream cheese and are great for breakfast or snacks.
