Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon

A sweet summer delight featuring warm, caramelized peaches enhanced with cinnamon and topped with a scoop of ice cream or drizzle of caramel.

Ingredients

  • 4 firm ripe peaches
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or coconut oil)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Ice cream or caramel sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your peaches by cutting them in half and removing the pits.
  3. Make the cinnamon mixture by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter in a small bowl.
  4. Coat the cut sides of peach halves with the cinnamon mixture.
  5. Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4–5 minutes until soft and marked.
  6. Flip and grill for another 2–3 minutes to caramelize.
  7. Serve immediately with ice cream or caramel sauce.
  8. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish.

Notes

For a twist, sprinkle chopped nuts or drizzle balsamic glaze over grilled peaches.
