Creepy Eyeball Jello Shots

A fun and spooky treat perfect for Halloween parties and gatherings that will delight and impress your guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of fruit-flavored gelatin (raspberry, lime, or blue raspberry)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Eyeball gummy candies
  • Whipped cream or whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace. Clean your kitchen counter and gather all your ingredients. Make sure you have your Jello shot cups ready!
  2. Dissolve the gelatin. In a mixing bowl, combine the packet of fruit-flavored gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Mix in the cold water. After your gelatin mixture is smooth, add in 1 cup of cold water and stir gently.
  4. Fill your cups. Fill each shot cup halfway with the gelatin mixture, leaving space for the gummy eyeballs.
  5. Add the eyeballs. Place one gummy candy into each shot glass, pushing it down gently to submerge.
  6. Refrigerate for chilling. Place the filled cups in the fridge for about 120-240 minutes, or until the Jello is fully set.
  7. Serve with a flourish. Add whipped cream if desired and arrange them on a festive tray for guests.

Notes

These shots can be made a day or two ahead of time. They can last about 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
