  • 1 (30 oz) can fruit cocktail in juice
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 (8 oz) can mandarin orange slices
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 (24 oz) container of sour cream
  • 1 box orange-flavored gelatin

Instructions

  1. Drain and prepare your canned fruits by opening the cans and ensuring they are well-drained.
  2. Combine fruit in a large mixing bowl and gently fold them together.
  3. Make the creamy dressing by combining sour cream and orange-flavored gelatin in a separate bowl.
  4. Fold the dressing into the fruit mixture slowly, ensuring even coating.
  5. Add the mini marshmallows and gently stir to combine.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  7. Serve in a decorative bowl or cups, optionally garnished with extra marshmallows or toasted coconut.

Notes

For a twist, try adding diced kiwi or mango, or swap the orange gelatin for raspberry. Keep the salad best enjoyed within 2-3 days.
