Delicious guilt-free ice cream bars made from ripe bananas and sunbutter, perfect for a cool summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup sunbutter
  • 1/4 cup collagen powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep the bananas by peeling and breaking them into chunks.
  2. Mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Combine the sunbutter, collagen powder, vanilla extract, and salt with the mashed bananas.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds, leaving room for expansion.
  6. Freeze the molds for 240-360 minutes until solid.
  7. Pop the bars out by running warm water over the molds.
  8. Enjoy your healthy ice cream bars immediately or store them in the freezer.

Notes

These bars can last up to a month in the freezer if stored properly. Customize with favorite add-ins like cacao nibs or berries.
