Ingredients

  • Fresh Lemons (about 4-6 for 1 cup of juice)
  • Granulated Sugar (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your lemons by juicing them, straining the juice to remove seeds and pulp.
  2. Make the simple syrup by combining sugar and water over medium heat until dissolved.
  3. Mix the lemon juice with the cooled simple syrup and adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

  6. Serve the sorbet in bowls, letting it soften slightly if needed.

Notes

For serving, garnish with fresh mint or lemon zest, and consider pairing with shortbread cookies for an indulgent treat.
