  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until well-blended and frothy.
  2. Add Chia Seeds: Stir in the chia seeds and lemon zest until fully incorporated.
  3. Let It Chill: Cover the bowl or transfer to individual jars, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
