Refreshing Mango Strawberry Sorbet

A vibrant and refreshing Mango Strawberry Sorbet, perfect for hot summer days!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruit by peeling and dicing the mangoes, and hull and slice the strawberries.
  2. Toss the diced mangoes and sliced strawberries into a blender or food processor. Add sugar and water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 4-6 hours until fully frozen.
  5. Scoop and serve the sorbet, letting it sit for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly before serving.

Notes

For a flavorful twist, try adding fresh mint for garnish or a drizzle of syrup when serving.
