A creamy, caffeinated smoothie that fuels your morning without bananas, featuring oats, almond butter, and chilled coffee.

  • 3 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) milk
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) chilled coffee
  • 3 heaped tablespoons plain unsweetened soy yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients
  2. Add Oats
  3. Spoon in Almond Butter
  4. Pour in the Milk and Coffee
  5. Mix in Soy Yogurt
  6. Add Vanilla Extract
  7. Sweeten to Taste
  8. Taste and Adjust
