Garlic Herb Muffin Pan Potato Galette

A delicious and crispy potato galette infused with garlic and herbs, baked in a muffin pan for an impressive presentation.

  • 4 Large Russet Potatoes (2 pounds, peeled)
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Thyme and Rosemary Sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the muffin tin by spraying it with cooking spray.
  3. Slice the peeled Russet potatoes into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick).
  4. Mix the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  5. Toss in the potato slices and coat them with the aromatic mixture.
  6. Layer the potato slices vertically in each muffin cup.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tops are golden and crispy.
  8. Rest for 5 minutes, then loosen the edges and flip the galettes onto a plate.
  9. Garnish with sprigs of thyme and rosemary, and drizzle with olive oil.
