Caramel Crunch Cheesecake Fruit Salad Bliss

A delightful mixture combining creamy cheesecake flavor with refreshing fruits, perfect for summer barbecues or holiday gatherings.

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup Green Grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers or Cookie Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts or Pecans
  • 1/4 cup White Chocolate Drizzle (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  1. Soften the Cream Cheese: Place softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Microwave for 10-15 seconds if it’s too hard.
  2. Cream it Up: Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold it Together: Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Get Fruity: Add sliced strawberries and halved grapes, stirring gently.
  6. Crunch It Up: Fold in crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs and nuts.
  7. Layer & Drizzle: Layer fruit salad mixture in serving bowls, drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  8. Chill Before Serving: Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  9. Serve Up the Joy: Scoop into bowls and drizzle with more caramel if desired.
