Instructions

  3. Toast the Walnuts: In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast walnuts for 4-5 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Mix It Up: In a large bowl, combine the apples, celery, toasted walnuts, and raisins or cranberries.
  5. Make the Creamy Dressing: Mix yogurt or mayo with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Combine Everything: Pour the dressing over the apple mixture and toss until well-coated.
  7. Chill: Let the salad chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
