  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 23 cups grapes (seedless varieties recommended)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Prepare the grapes by rinsing them under cool water and ensuring they are completely dry.
  2. Make the simple syrup by combining water and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Coat the grapes with the warm syrup using a skewer or toothpick, allowing excess syrup to drip off.
  4. Roll the syrup-covered grapes in the remaining granulated sugar until well-coated.
  5. Cool the sugared grapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in the fridge for about 30 minutes to harden.
  6. Serve and enjoy immediately for best results.
