A quick and delicious chicken wrap recipe that combines tender chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy sauce, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (for the sauce)
  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded or torn
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta or shredded cheddar (optional)
  • Pickled jalapeños for heat (optional)
  • Roasted red peppers from a jar
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized chunks and patting it dry.
  2. Season the chicken with garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sauté the seasoned chicken in the skillet until golden and cooked through.
  5. Make the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, grated garlic, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  6. Assemble your wrap by spreading sauce on a tortilla, adding veggies and chicken.
  7. Wrap it up tightly and cut it in half for serving.

Notes

This recipe can be customized with various sauces and additional toppings like avocado or cheese. Leftover chicken makes a great salad topping.
