5-Minute Chocolate Avocado Banana Smoothie

  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
  • 12 large very ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Maple syrup or honey (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Get everything ready including ripe bananas, creamy avocado, milk, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and sweetener.
  2. Prep the avocado: Cut in half, remove the pit, and scoop out ¼ to ½ of the flesh.
  3. Blend the base: Add avocado, milk, and bananas to the blender and blend until well mixed.
  4. In with the goodness: Add cocoa powder and cinnamon, blend until smooth.
  5. Taste and sweeten: Check the sweetness and add maple syrup or honey if needed, then blend again.
  6. Serve: Pour into a glass and top as desired.

Notes
